Cancun Today's Reservations Help
Payment and deposit information:
- Your credit card will be charged for the total amount quoted
at the time of booking.
- Charges will appear on your billing statement as Cancun today
Travel Group.
- You will receive an e-mail once your payment has been completed
(this can take a few minutes). If you do not hear from us within
2 hours after payment, please contact us at: payments@cancuntoday.com
- If you pay with a check, Paypal e-check or bank wire, your vouchers
will issued once payment has cleared. You will receive an email
letting you know that your payment is being processed.
- If your payment does not clear, we will notify you accordingly.
Tours
Weather guarantee for day tours
- If there is inclement weather, Cancun Today Travel Group guarantees
that your voucher will remain valid for a whole year after the time
of issuance. Please email us at clientservices@cancuntoday.com with
your new intended dates so we can re-schedule your tour.
Tour Cancellation and Change Policy
Tour cancellation requests that are received after payment has been
processed will be refunded except for an administrative fee, according
to the following schedule:
- Received at least 8 business days before your scheduled tour date
(local time) – 10% administrative fee.
- Received between 7 business days and at least 48 hours before
your scheduled tour date (local time) – 25% administrative
fee.
- Received between 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled tour
date (local time) – 50% administrative fee.
- Received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour date (local time)
– 100% administrative fee.
- Please note that payment is not refundable for no shows.
- Please note that during peak periods and holiday seasons including
but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or
Easter Break, stricter penalties may be in effect for cancellations
or changes in addition of the information included in this policy.

Changes to Regular Tours
Changes to your scheduled tours are allowed under the following conditions:
- After payment has been processed, you can change the reservation
of your day tour at any time, as long as your request is received
at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Please request changes
by emailing us at clientservices@cancuntoday.com or calling our
Cancun office at (998) 848 21 24, Monday through Friday 9:00 am
to 6:00 pm CST. A 10% administrative fee will apply to all reservation
changes.
- Please note that during peak periods and holiday seasons including
but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or
Easter Break, stricter penalties may be in effect for cancellations
or changes in addition of the information included in this policy.

Changes to Private Tours
Changes to your scheduled private tours are allowed under the following
conditions:
- After your payment has been processed, you can request changes
to your reservation dates as long as your request is received within
8 business days before your scheduled tour date. All changes are
subject to a 25% administrative fee. Please request your changes
by calling our office in Cancun at (998) 8 48 21 24 local time Monday
through Friday hours office are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm central time
or emailing us at anytime at clientservices@cancuntoday.com. Change
requests that are received within 7 business days of your scheduled
tour date are subject to a 50% administrative fee. Any time after
that, changes are not allowed or refundable.
- Please note that during peak periods and holiday seasons including
but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or
Easter Break, stricter penalties may be in effect for cancellations
or changes in addition of the information included in this policy.

HOTELS
- Special requests typically refer to view, bedding, smoking or non-smoking rooms, handicapped accessible accommodations and/or additional room amenities. When processing your reservation, please note all special requests in the special requests section of the reservation form.
- Please be advised that ALL special requests noted on the reservation are subject to availability upon arrival. We will communicate your requests to your hotel of choice and request confirmation upon reservation, but we CANNOT guarantee any special request unless the hotel specifically provides us with confirmation in which case you will be notified via e-mail.
Cancellations and changes to Hotel Reservations:
- All date changes are subject to availability and applicable seasonal rates.
- All cancellation requests must be processed by the reservation holder through our system for proper user validation and acceptance of applicable cancellation policy.
- After payment has been processed, your payment will be fully refunded
except for a 10% administrative fee, as long as changes are requested
at least eight (8) days before your scheduled arrival date (local
time).
- Cancellation requests received after payment has been processed
and within seven (7) days or less of scheduled arrival are subject
to a fee equal to an average of one-night's hotel room charge plus
a10 (ten) percent administrative fee of the total amount charged
for your reservation. Please note that during peak periods and holiday
seasons including but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's
Week and/or Easter Break, stricter penalties may be in effect for
cancellations received within seven (7) days or less of scheduled
arrival date (local time). Please note that all cancellations are
subject to the specific hotel cancellation policy.
- Cancellation requests received on the same date of the scheduled arrival date (local time) will be considered a no show. No refunds will be made for no shows.
- Please note that during peak periods and holiday seasons including but not limited to Christmas/New Year's, President's Week and/or Easter Break, some hotels may have a minimum night requirement and reservation requests received for fewer than the minimum number of nights cannot be confirmed.
