The tour to Coba was great! We opted for the Cobá Maya Encounter and loved it. We climbed the Coba Pyramid and although it was a challenge, we made it. Our tour guide was very friendly and knew very well the history of the site, as well as lots of interesting information that you just don't find in books. If you enjoy the Mayan culture, you will love this tour. Highly recommended!

Coba: Interesting place, almost 30 minutes drive from Tulum. We drove from Cancún almost 3 hours and it was well worth it. The site closes at 5 pm so go early. We arrived at noon and enough time to go around. By the entrance you find some small restaurants and gift shops with good prices and good food. All in all, a great place to visit.

I am a lover of the Mayan Ruins and I love stay close to them to be part of the energy and magic of these places. Coba was a nice experience. Located in a little town, Coba gives you the opportunity to also visit a real Mayan community too. From there, just drive back to Tulum where you'll find a tremendous variety of restaurants, beautiful beaches and great people.
