Cancun Postal Services and Express Mail Services

Postal Services

Regular mail generally takes 2-3 weeks to reach its destination from Cancun. Most hotels have mail services and a mailbox inside near the reception desk and will provide paper and envelopes for your use at no charge. Usually, you will find stamps and postcards sold at one of the gift stores located in the hotel. Also, stores located throughout the area have an abundance of beautiful postcards and can provide stamps. Out of your hotel you can place your local or international mail in any of the red mailboxes which are typically marked Buzon.

If you desire to go to the post office, it is located in downtown Cancun on Avenida Xel-Ha at the corner of Avenida Sunyaxchen.
